Welcome to the Ubicert (Pty) Ltd Training Platform. By accessing this website, registering for a course, or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Us

Ubicert (Pty) Ltd is a South African certification body and training provider offering professional management systems training and certification services.

2. Registration

Users are required to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Course Access

Access to online training is granted once payment has been successfully confirmed. Course access is personal to the registered learner and may not be shared, transferred, copied or resold.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Payfast. Course fees are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, manuals, presentations, assessments, templates and downloadable resources remain the intellectual property of Ubicert (Pty) Ltd. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued only after learners have successfully completed the applicable course requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ubicert will take reasonable steps to ensure the availability and accuracy of the training platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Ubicert shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or its services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
